Interview with Heiko Lenk
Heiko Lenk is the founder of Luna Seafoods Ltd. as well as the initiator and idea generator of the Luna Farm project.
Heiko Lenk has been working in the seafood sector since 1981. By founding the Lenk Frozen Foods Asia Co. Ltd. in Asia in 2003 and the Lenk Seafood Services GmbH in Germany in 2006, he laid the foundation for Asian seafood for the German market.
In an on-site conversation, Mr. Lenk explains what's special about the Luna farm area and how the moon phases influence the shrimps.
